IFSR (I Feel So Relaxed) is a film that imagines a speculative virtual reality spa of the future. Drawing on personal memories and fantasy treatments, the work generates 3D visual environments that translate a user’s energetic responses into immersive, shifting landscapes.

Narratively, the piece unfolds through a voiceover testimonial that describes simulated treatments, accompanied by cktrl’s atmospheric soundscape that guides the viewer through states of relaxation and release.

Conceptually, IFSR acts as a wellness forecast: a meditation on how technology may shape future rituals of care, rejuvenation, and restoration, blending intimacy with simulation.
